Ana Solstice

Good morning from Minnesota. Snow during the night, just enough to take out a shovel and make things look pretty. Our granddaughter Ana turns 9 years old today and this is the turning point of the year when light begins to come back. Night and day are equal in length. Actually, tomorrow is the actual date of the winter solstice but I think that varies over the years between the 20th and 21st.  It matters not. It was a good day for a light to come into the world – her name is Ana.
