I don’t have much more to share today. The local schools are closed because of the snow. Things will be back to normal by tomorrow. We sure needed the moisture. One day, we will have to figure out how to transport water and snow from parts of the county that are getting too much to parts that are in drought. Truck loads would be too meager. When we can’t get any more oil out of the earth, maybe we can use the pipe lines for that.
A friend blogged about “Feeling Wealthy” and challenged her readers to ask themselves what makes them feel wealthy. I responded: “Every time Bernie and I travel to the southwest to visit our kids, I think about those who cannot afford the transportation costs to see the people they love.”
Having fresh water available makes me feel wealthy, too.
